Breathwork and particularly the practice of conscious-connected breathing serves an active form of meditation which invites stillness and simultaneously encourages mindfulness. During a breathwork journey you will be encouraged to focus on the breath, which anchors you in the present moment, enhances concentration, and promotes a meditative state of relaxation.

Absolutely, breathwork practices are known to release emotional blockages, enhance mood, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, help to facilitate stagnant energies, and promote feelings of peace and well-being.

The Third Eye Breathwork community works with individuals at all levels (e.g. people who have a daily breath work practice to those who have never breathed before). You will be offered guidance and practices that are universal and accessible. The key is to know that you are fully in charge of the breath as the breather and you can turn the volume up or down during any given breathe by listening to your own body and your own breath.
